How do I get started?

The first step is to call VideoSense to book your shoot date and we will process payment to confirm your studio time.  Our packages starts at $249.

How is my VideoSense delivered?

VideoSense is delivered with two copies of the finished product, one full resolution HD QuickTime file and a second email size QuickTime copy, both delivered in one DVD  and will also be hosted on videosense.ca and youtube.com

Can i get my finished video without the VideoSense logo on it?

All of our products carry our logo brand, you may purchase a white label copy for a fee, call us for details

Do i have to have my video on your partners media sites?

No, you can request not to have your video published on our partners sites but we assume you want free advertising and exposure.

Do you provide a report on video views on your partners sites?

No, since this is a free service to our customers we don't provide numbers, however all sites where your video may appear have view counters allowing you to keep track of your video views.
we will supply you with links to where your video is displayed so you can check yourself.

How many unique visitors do your partners media sites get a month?

Remember you are getting free promotion on our partners websites so they are not obligated to supply numbers but their websites do very well and keep growing every month for example torontonews24.com averages 35000 visitors at month at this point and their traffic is 100% local.
Plus don't forget we also upload your video to our youtube account to provide further exposure for you.

Does your partners media placement expires?

We have long term contracts with our partners sites so you are guaranteed placement for a long period of time but we expect not only to continue our partnership but also gain new free outlets for your videos.

Can i pay to have my video in more than one of your partners outlets?

Yes you can arrange to have your video in more than one partners site for a small one time fee.

Do you offer shoot times outside normal business hours?

I'm on a rush, can i get same day delivery turnaround?

When possible yes, an extra fee may apply.

Yes, our success depends on your satisfactions so we will make sure your message looks and sounds the best it can be.

Do I have to memorize my message?

We shot interview style. a producer will guide you through a conversation on camera that will allow you the most natural way to present yourself.

No one knows you or your business better than you, so your delivery will be very natural and there won't be anything to memorize.

What if i don't like my video?

A professional would normally deliver a similar message in about five minutes or less, we allow half our of studio time to shoot two minutes of video to ensure you get it right, don't worry it will be fun from start to end.

If you are not happy with your delivery on camera we will re-shoot your video using the exact same script you approved before for $199 (does not apply to business package)

In an event of a technical problem with the video such as bad sound or colors, VideoSense will re-shoot the video free of charge.

Who is in the studio with me?

A producer and a cameraperson will be with you.

Can I bring someone to the studio with me?

Yes, but we can tell you from experience is never a good idea, it causes distractions and a longer shoot.

Do you provide hair and makeup services?

We offer basic make-up powder to deal with shine and hairspray.

We also have hair and make-up stylists that we recommend if you are interested, for an additional charge.

What do I wear?

Not white, other than that be your self and try to look as professional as possible but if you feel like you need advise don't hesitate to ask, we are here to help.
